The terms of this Privacy Policy ("Agreement") govern the collection, use, and handling of your data, if any, during your use of the Smartsell application ("App") and its related services provided by Sharpsell Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Sharpsell").

If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are advised not to use the App or its related services.

By accepting these terms or by using the App or its related services in any manner, you and any entity you represent ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms. The provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply even after the User discontinues use of the App.

The App may collect, store, and process User information including, but not limited to, usage patterns, registration details, and other relevant data to enhance and improve the App and its services. Sharpsell does not share such information with any third party except those directly involved in operating, maintaining, or improving the App.

Sharpsell takes commercially reasonable measures to protect User data and safeguard it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Note: The application bundle identifier may still contain references to "ENPARADIGM" due to legacy technical configurations. This does not affect ownership, data handling practices, or the applicability of this Privacy Policy. All services are owned and operated by Sharpsell Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd.
